JIMMY KASHI

Japanese and Chamorro blood flow through Jimmy and into his great passion of cooking. He has earned the distinction of being one of the top 10 cooks at OSP. As vice president of the Asian Pacific Family Club, Jimmy often emcees social gatherings, and he speaks with the same ease as he cooks. He is a member of the Lakota Oyate-Ki Culture Club, the Veterans Club, Alcoholics Anonymous, Equality 8, and Family First, and has been engaged in a number of programs. He volunteers in the Hospice Program and the OSP Color Guard. He loves anything with rice, and his favorite treats include ice cream, chocolate, and tropical fruit. He has served fifteen years of a forty-one-and-a-half-year sentence.
